International: 14–30 business days

2. Where do you ship from?
We ship from global warehouses (U.S., Europe, Asia), depending on stock and product availability.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, once tracking is available, we email it to you. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
5. When will I receive my tracking number?
Usually within 3–5 business days after processing. If not, your order is still being shipped — don't worry!
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Contact storeprimepicksco@gmail.com to begin.
7. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund — guaranteed.
8. I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Yes, if you email us within 24 hours. After that, we can’t guarantee changes before shipping.
9. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days).
10. Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! If your country appears at checkout — we deliver to you.
